Performing at a Wedding is a magical time and experience for everyone. The context of the day makes it so and the experience of magic in this setting has to enhance the day for the Bride, Groom and Guest.
I love performing at Weddings, everyone is happy and very open to a complete stranger saying “pick a card”. My style and approach is all about being gentle, friendly and being a guest like everyone else. My magic flows out of friendly conversation and creating rapport and connection.
I find the reception period perfect to meet people and share my work. On many occasions, my client has had me seated at a table to enjoy the meal. I then work the tables if required after the main course has finished. I never work while my audience is eating…….NEVER.
Good food and my magic require attention.
Before the speeches, I always create a special moment for the Bride and Groom that is truly unforgettable. This is my last opportunity to consolidate my work and create a long lasting impression.
