Not only are you able to book Michael for your event and shop for exclusive products, but Michael also offers a worldwide dedicated teaching and mentoring service through his specially tailored academy known as ‘The Vincent Academy’ where you are able to learn the craft of the magic.

How secure is your website?
As safe as it possibly can be. We store any information you give us securely using high-level SSL encryption technology – the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and PayPal.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. Please note that the recipient of any products shipped outside the European Union may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

Where’s my order?
If you have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact our dedicated customer services team who will be able to assist you.

I have received an item that was not what I expected. Can this be refunded?
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve any disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

What is my responsibility and what is your liability?
We reserve the right to inspect all goods that are returned to us so please do not damage the goods once received. This includes any original packaging and labels, particularly if the packaging forms part of the goods i.e. boxed items.
We do not accept liability for any goods that do not reach us nor can we accept liability for any goods that may be returned to us by mistake. It is therefore advised that any goods that we have agreed can be returned are done so via a recorded delivery service and proof of postage is retained. In the event that substantial damage has been caused to the product then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Where goods are returned damaged or not in their original packaging, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any deductions due by way of compensation for any damage that may have been caused. In the event that substantial damage has been caused then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the correct payment within 14 days. Please note this usually takes between 3 – 5 days but may take up to 14 days.

Please note that we are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
