Elegant Deceptions for The Leeds Magical Society

Picture

Last Tuesday, I had the privilege of presenting my lecture to The Leeds Magical Society. The turnout was extremely large for a Tuesday evening and I was delighted to meet up with a magician I haven’t seen for over 25 years –  Harry Nichols.

I last saw Harry back in the 1980s when he was one of the performers at the Ron McMillan convention. Harry is a superb magician and was a protégé of the legendary Ken Brooke.  His magic is moulded in the tradition of Dai Vernon and executed impeccably.

My lecture was well received and that the feedback was most complementary.

Michael Vincent Magic represents a diverse range of presentations. Each area allows me the opportunity to express my passion for magic. I love talking about magic, sharing my history, the magicians I met and that the mentors who made a difference to me. I am also committed to sharing my philosophy about what creates quality magic and how we magicians can use the craft of magic and our performance to communicate, enrich the lives of our audience and hopefully leave the craft of magic better than we found it.

Michael Vincent Magic is all about making a difference in every area of magic. I want to thank the Leeds magical Society for their wonderful hospitality and I look forward to seeing them again very soon.
